Why explore practical philosophy?

Register today for our introductory course in practical philosophy. The course draws from timeless wisdom to provide tools and techniques that can help you become more meditative and mindful, reset your mindset and experience greater happiness.

It is for anyone who has asked life’s big questions: Who am I? How can I be at peace? How may I realise my full potential? Where is true freedom to be found? What is justice? How can I be truly happy? What is the purpose of my life?

This 10-week course is interactive and practices learned are immediately applicable to real life (see week-by-week breakdown below).

Find peace in turmoil, company in isolation, and purpose in a rapidly changing world.

Registration is now open
for our next term starting Monday 20 September. The introductory course is free with just a €10 registration charge. Sessions are live in-person 19.30 - 21.30, or online 19.30 - 21.00, on Monday evenings.
